We believe in keeping the web design process simple, and follow four basic steps to create each of our new sites:

1. Initial Meeting

Before we begin, we need to understand your likes, dislikes and expectations, so we can meet your needs and goals, and establish a realistic budget.

Our meeting will also uncover the proper feelings and sales channels for your business and helps us to understand what will appeal to your audience.

We ask for your logo, brochures, business cards, photos or graphic images, and any written materials you might want included in your web site.

2. Design

Our design is based on what you want.
After our research we create the look and layout of your web site based on our interview.
We present you 2 design concepts you can choose from.
Feedback is an essential part of the design process, and we ask for all of your thoughts on our initial design. We then work with you on refining your design until you are completely satisfied.

3. Develop

After your approval on the design we start programming, coding and configuring your site to make sure it's user-friendly and has the technical infrastructure to support its outer shell.
We enable all of your links and implement all customized features, such as flash animations or corporate videos to catch the eye.
Complete within each web site is the building of the necessary structure for search engine optimization to enhance web site visibility on the Internet at no extra charge!

4. Test and Launch

Before we launch your site, we put it through a series of tests to make sure it works on both Mac’s and PC’s as well as on all of the latest browsers.
Once testing is complete, your web site is released to you and uploaded to your host.
We submit it to all major search engines so it can be found in the vast jungle of the internet.

If you don't have a domain name (www.yourname.com) and a hosting company, we will be happy to help you choose your domain and a hosting plan depending on your web site's features that need to be supported.

Maintenance

We do understand, that you are busy growing your business, and don't want to spend your valuable time with web site updates and maintenance. That is our business. Just relax and let us help you. We are here to take care of all your internet needs.

If you need frequent updates, or just occasional maintenance, we will be happy to set up a maintenance contract for you that will fit your exact needs.

We can offer you two types of web sites:

• HTML Web Sites (Static web sites do not contain any programming code from languages such as php or asp, generally they are just HTML pages).


• CMS (Content Management System - you can update your web sites yourself without any programming knowledge).
